These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ZoneIX mobile app, developed by TaPps Forge ("we", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ZoneIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
ZoneIX is a light metering app for film and digital photography, based on the Zone System. It lets the user meter points in the scene through the device's camera, map luminance to the zone scale (0–X), and calculate the optimal exposure according to the photographer's creative intent.
The app is free and includes advertising provided by Google AdMob. It does not contain in-app purchases in its current version.
TaPps Forge grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use ZoneIX on devices you own or control, exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and with the conditions of the distribution platform (Google Play Store).

ZoneIX, its code, design, graphics, logos, and content are the property of TaPps Forge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights over the app to you.
ZoneIX is built on open source components. You can review the license notices of third-party libraries directly in the app, in the Settings → Open source licenses section.
ZoneIX displays Google AdMob ads on the Result screen. By using the app, you agree that ads will be shown according to the conditions of your consent (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
ZoneIX provides exposure estimates based on the luminance analysis of the device's camera sensor. The results are indicative and should not be considered absolute measurements or substitutes for a calibrated professional light meter. Accuracy may vary depending on the device, lighting conditions, and the system camera settings.
TaPps Forge does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the measurements for any specific photographic use. The user assumes all responsibility for photographic decisions made based on the data provided by the app.
ZoneIX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app is error-free, that it will operate without interruption, or that it is compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaPps Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use ZoneIX, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, TaPps Forge's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue ZoneIX at any time, with or without prior notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of the app after changes are published implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ZoneIX immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations, without prejudice to conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the developer's domicile, unless the consumer legislation applicable in your country of residence establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
